Customer Success Manager

Beste Freelancer, For our client, we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients, who use our employee advocacy platform. You will work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, develop strategies to meet their goals, and provide ongoing support to ensure their continued success. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Understand clients' business goals and develop strategies to help them achieve success - Provide product training and support to clients to help them fully utilize our platform - Proactively monitor clients' usage of our platform and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive prompt and effective solutions to any issues they encounter - Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and expand client relationships - Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer success metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to customer success and employee advocacy Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the HR tech industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bi-lingual NL-EN - Being hands-on and having strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proven track record of achieving customer success metrics, such as retention and upsell rates - Experience with customer success tools, such as Hubspot and analytics software Ge?nteresseerd?
