Road/Above-Ground Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an Interim Road/Above-Ground Infrastructure Manager for 16-24 hours per week, for a period of 1 year. Role Description You will work alongside two other road managers, taking on a senior role within the team. Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, including contract management and overseeing the road execution map (execution itself is handled by project leaders). You will also be involved in asset management tasks such as preparing specifications, reviewing plans, and taking area responsibility. In addition, you will participate in tenders and develop a maintenance program for 2027 based on inspection data, overseeing partial implementation. Execution of the annual plan, which is outsourced to the market, also falls under your responsibility. Detailed information is available upon request. Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced interim professional with substantial municipal experience. Ideally, you have a background as a road manager, though the client is also open to civil project managers or asset management administrators. To thrive in the team, you should be pragmatic, open in communication, and comfortable in a dynamic environment, keeping projects on track and running smoothly.
