Team Manager

We are looking for an Interim Team Manager for 24 hours per week, for approximately six months starting December 1. Role Description You will lead the area team, which functions primarily as a network organization. In this role, you act as a coaching leader, supporting team members in their work, personal development, and in addressing complex cases. Team development and fostering collaboration will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will chair meetings such as case consultations. Detailed information is available upon request. Candidate Profile We are seeking an interim professional with municipal leadership experience. To thrive in this municipality, you should have a pragmatic, no-nonsense attitude, be able to oversee the strategic picture, and translate it into practical actions. Experience working with social neighborhood teams, sensitivity to political and administrative contexts, and handling social domain cases is essential.
