YOUR MISSION As CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for the roll-out of our ready-to-use CRM system: - Engaging African sales teams (ambassadors) to use CRM tools to the fullest - Drawing up and executing an action plan with a central role for digital campaigns - Optimising CRM functionalities in consultation with the CRM managers in Turnhout - You report to the CRM managers and work closely with them. PROFILE We are looking for a commercial profile with strong change management skills. In concrete terms, this means: - No-nonsense mentality + hands-on approach - Good knowledge of French and English - Team player + mediator - Several years of experience with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is a plus - Affinity with the African continent is also a plus - Availability of three days per week during the first 3 months. Subsequent employment to be agreed in consultation with the Commercial Director.
