Solution Design and Implementation Manager

Function Description "Solution Design and Implementation Manager" (Test Data Management) Content Solution Design: Gather information of the desired solution, create a detailed definition and requirements specification of the solutions to be implemented. Organize and assist the Enterprise Architects to compose or to define the building blocks that are required for the construction of the solutions. Act as an evangelist with sponsors, customers and influencers within the organization. Risk Management and Assessment: Identify and categories the IT related risks of the solutions, provide operational risk overviews, map risks to technical and non-technical mitigations, organize mitigations into projects or programs of work. Conversion Advise: advise on the assessment, enhancement and delivery of conversion of legacy data and systems. Deployment Planning: assist in developing detailed project management plans for the deployment of hardware and software solution. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the correct delivery of the solution. Proof of Concept: develop programs to support planning, piloting and vendor comparative analysis processes. Support the collaborative approach and to help the partners and customers to achieve the results desired to move from proof of concept to full production systems. Review SoW's (Statement of Works) and prepare budgetary cost and investment estimations. Implementation and Configuration Support: provide support for the initial deployment as well as product upgrades, additions and migration installations. Work closely with the developers, third parties/suppliers and testers to ensure proper implementation. Ensure the hand-over of the solution to the end users and operational teams.
