Senior project / crisis manager

Dear freelancer, Our organisation is currently urgently looking for a senior project manager freelance, immediately available for at least one month, to help us through a difficult project with one of our buildings. Numerous external stakeholders and quite some legal aspects. Diplomatic and negotiation skills are key for this mission and we are looking for someone who is fluently bilingual FR/NL and hands-on. o Project coordination & fluid alignment between our main stakeholders (CEO, Com & Fundraising Director, President BoD), lawyer, communication agency, service providers (electricity, water, insurer...) o Preparation & follow-up of internal meetings o Preparation & follow-up of meetings with external stakeholders (including local, regional, federal public authorities), possibly represent DF in meetings o Prepare and take care of communication documents towards external stakeholders Profile: o Highly flexible and stress resistant (experience in crisis management) o Fluently bilingual o Able to negociate with government authorities o Punctual and able to keep a good log and accurate reporting internally o Open eye and good feeling for communication, able to feed and coordinate it Interested?
