Roll-out / Migration Engineer Windows 10 / Office 2016

Dear freelancers, Beste freelancers, Description: design and implement a managed workplace user experience and the required underlying design process to keep it managed. Responsibilities: The foundation of the new desktop is Windows 10 and Office 2016 - New hardware types are requested by internal users, - Opportunity to use Office 365 have been identified but need a modern platform. - Decision : It has been decided to take the opportunity of the migration project to review the desktop design from the ground up Technical skills: - Define and implement ( with company teams) a Workplace Design Process. - This includes - Profile definition - HW ( Desktop , Laptop, Hybrid, Tablets) - GPO, - Software Set - Connectivity ( LAN ,Corporate WIFI, Public WIFI) - When / How many profiles need to be managed / negotiated with internal users ? - Security measures ( derived from and negotiated with company Security team Requirements) - It is expected that the design process covers - Business ( Functional) requirements gathering and challenging - Scenario/personae based requirements description is preferred - Transversal impact on quality of Non-Functional requirements of different alternatives - Validation( Test) : approach, risk based - Implementation coordination ( with other company ICT teams ( Network, servers,...) - Enabling operation and use ( communication to supporting teams like Service Desks.) - Gathering quality feedback from the end-users
