Quality Manager

Pet food sectors, is looking for an experienced Freelance Quality Manager. In this key role, you will lead the quality team and oversee complaint management, audits, and the further development of quality systems (ISO, BRC, etc.). You will collaborate closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to elevate quality standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead a small QA team (3 FTE) Manage internal and external complaints efficiently Prepare for and support audits (internal and external) Drive improvement projects using methodologies such as DMAIC / 8D Act as the main contact for client quality concerns Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience within food or pharmaceutical industries Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, and other relevant quality standards Excellent communication and analytical skills Fluent in Dutch and English Contract Details Location: Gelderland, Netherlands (hybrid working possible) Start: October / November 2025 Duration: 6 months+ Hours: 24-40 hours per week Contract Type: Freelance / ZZP
