The QA Manager is accountable for the maintenance and the continuous improvement of the management systems for the total business. This includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, VCA**. This means:
o Keep the ISO- manuals and procedures up to date and continuous improve: ensure the content is appropriate and adequate for the business;
o To ensure the actual certification and accreditation
o Realization of internal audits and being the SPOC during certifications audits
o Support in structuring and documenting improvement processes;
o Assist in the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks;
o Promotion of quality thinking and awareness in the company;
o Development, improvement and maintenance of management information;
o Supports the different departments in their compliance to the management system.
