QA Manager

A dynamic food manufacturing company in Limburg is seeking a hands-on Freelance QA Manager (ZZP) to make a tangible impact on both the shop floor and company culture. This organization is looking for someone beyond a "checklist mentality" - a professional who wants to build and embed a strong food safety culture. You will lead the quality team, work visibly on the production floor, and implement a future-proof QA strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement Drive cultural change around food safety and quality across the organization Prepare for and support audits (BRC, IFS, or similar standards) Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and act as a trusted advisor to all departments Candidate Profile Proven experience in QA management within food production Hands-on, proactive, and culture-focused Strong leadership and communication skills Able to work as a freelance / ZZP professional Contract Details Location: Limburg, Netherlands Type: Freelance / ZZP Start: ASAP
