Project Manager

We are seeking an Interim Project Manager for 16-24 hours per week. Role Description All municipalities are required to produce a Species Management Plan (SMP), which intersects with insulation issues and is necessary for further housing sustainability initiatives. The next phase involves facilitating collective municipal procurement in collaboration with the newly established Housing & Energy Desk. Your role will be to bring together the relevant parties and lead this process. The first key milestone will be guiding the SMP tender process, followed by overseeing the creation of the SMP. Much of the preparatory work has already been completed. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Housing, Ecology, and Energy Transition. Bringing these parties together and coordinating their efforts is a critical part of the project. We are seeking an interim professional with substantial municipal experience who understands how local government works. Experience in sustainability, energy transition, or insulation is not required, but affinity is beneficial. You should be a connector who can effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders, work hands-on when needed, and engage effectively with a young and enthusiastic team.
