Program Manager

We are seeking an Interim Program Manager to oversee the redevelopment of the village center. The position is 16-20 hours per week for a minimum of one year. This is a major redevelopment project involving: Transforming office spaces into residential units. Renovating a shopping center. Various other redevelopment and redesign initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the overall program, ensuring political alignment, maintaining cohesion, and fostering effective collaboration between the municipality and external partners. You will be part of the program's core team and also participate in the broader project group. In short, this is a leadership role in a significant (re)development project. A detailed profile is available upon request. Candidate Profile We are looking for an interim professional with several years of municipal experience. You are seasoned, confident in dealing with elected officials, external stakeholders, and complex projects. Experience with similar projects is essential. To fit well within the organization and with colleagues, you should bring a fresh perspective, a pragmatic no-nonsense approach, and ideally, a sense of humor.
