Program Manager

We are seeking an Interim City Center Program Manager. The position is 28-36 hours per week for a maximum of two years. Role Description As the City Center Program Manager, you will lead a project team composed of project leaders, advisors, and support staff. Your main responsibility is to transform the current concept vision for the city center into an actionable environmental program and plan and secure its formal approval. This work will run alongside ongoing improvements in the public space. The projects are ambitious and innovative, involving (re)developments, relocations, connectivity improvements, and public space redesign. You will be accountable for the execution of the City Center program at strategic, tactical, financial, and operational levels. Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive municipal experience at this level. You are confident, pragmatic, and capable of engaging effectively with political and administrative stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker who can also deliver practical results.
