We are looking for an enthusiastic operations coordinator & sales support officer who will be the driver for operational excellence and deliver a great customer experience.
What will you be doing on the job?
o Plan and organize training sessions for our clients
o Be the point of contact between the client, trainer, and salespeople
o Assist in the creation of sales proposals and RFP's
o Follow-up on contracts, PO's, and invoices
o Optional: provide technical support during online training
