Freelance Notion Expert Needed – Help Center Setup
We are looking for a freelance Notion specialist to set up a professional Help Center / Knowledge Base in Notion.
We already have the FAQ content and articles. The focus of this project is not content creation, but designing and building the structure, navigation, templates, and user experience.
Scope
Create a Help Center in Notion that functions similarly to a modern Zendesk knowledge base, including:
Clear category structure (e.g. Getting Started, Sessions, Billing, Privacy, Troubleshooting, etc.)
Searchable FAQ database
Intuitive navigation and user-friendly layout
Article templates for consistent content creation
Status workflow (Draft, Review, Published)
Scalable structure that can grow with the platform
Optional public-facing setup if relevant
Deliverables
Fully configured Notion Help Center
FAQ database with categories, tags, and templates
Professional and easy-to-navigate user experience
Simple content management workflow
Short documentation explaining how our team can maintain and expand the Help Center
Nice to Have
Experience building public-facing Notion websites
Experience with knowledge bases, documentation portals, or help centers
UX/UI experience
Experience with tools such as Super.so is a plus
Expected Outcome
At the end of the project, we want a fully operational Help Center where our team only needs to add and maintain FAQ articles. The structure, navigation, and overall user experience should already be in place.
