o Proven expertise of Office365 (Exchange Online, Skype For Business, SharePoint Online, Groups, Teams, One Note... )
o Knowledge of IT infrastructure
o Great presentation skills
o Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies
o Caring, positive and encouraging attitude
