We work with designers, developers, and creatives across Europe and the Middle East.
To support key brand initiatives, we're hiring a freelance Marketing Project Manager for a focused, hands-on mission--working closely with the founder and our design partner Stockholm Design Lab (SDL) to bring structure, execution, and creative alignment across platforms.
Your Mission
You'll drive operational execution across web, print, packaging, and content, ensuring all materials reflect WAW's premium aesthetic and strategic direction.
This is a hybrid role: on-site presence in Paris is required one day per week, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead the final rollout of WAW's new website (UX, content, visuals, interactivity)
o Coordinate the production of packaging, sample boxes, and print assets
o Oversee digital content creation: photo/video, campaigns, presentations
o Ensure visual alignment with our graphic charter (SDL)
o Run the weekly marketing roadmap with the founder
o Manage workflows via Notion, Trello, or Monday.com
o Supervise freelancers, interns, suppliers, and creative teams in Europe/Asia
Ideal Candidate
This mission suits a freelance marketing/project manager or brand producer with experience in design-led environments and a passion for visual storytelling.
You bring:
o 5-10 years in marketing project management, creative ops, or brand execution
o Excellent coordination and organisational skills
o Sensitivity to visual identity and brand consistency
o Fluency in French and English
o A strong professional network in the creative/marketing world
o Bonus: Experience in architecture, interiors, or luxury sectors
o Tools: Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, Meta Suite, Mailchimp, Notion...
