You will be responsible for the marketing, communication and PR of technology and innovation festival in 2024 and for the marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: You are the event marketing face and will create an effective event marketing strategy and road-map You will be responsible for all communication and marketing initiatives, from planning and promotion to execution and follow-up. Therefore you select creative partners to make engaging and impactful content, Manage media partners and PR relations. Coordinate onsite event communication (program, wayfinding, partner visibility,...) You ensure a state of art event experience, from the first event post over the visitor attendance to the aftercare. You have a hands-on mentality and a broad network of creatives that can help us. What about your superpowers? Strong experience in community building, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities Curious about the (international) tech startup & scale-up scene You have commercial flair and can make partners enthusiastic like no other with your fluency and a good story You are fluent in English & Dutch. We are a company with international partners Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience, preferably in the event industry and/or affinity with the startup/scale-up community Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A desire to work and grow in a fast-paced environment How will we reward you for your strengths?
