o coordination with technical teams (eg for capacity mgt)

Profile:
- You will handle 2 business critical aspects of the Doccle?s operations :
o Managing the platform's daily operation by closely cooperating with the outsourcing partners and service desks
o Supporting Doccle?s client-companies in their roll-out and relevant roadmap
- You have:
o Technical skills
? understand application architecture
? understand ITIL
? understand development lifecycle
? understand security basics
? eg certificates
o Business skills
? understand business processes
? experience with Document Management is a plus
o at least 5 years proven experience in most of the mentioned domains
o languages : at least business fluent in dutch, french and english
- You are
o an expert in creating bridges between stakeholders by clear communication
o a teamplayer
o structured and able to work independently
o creative and innovation minded
o eager to step up and grow a scale up company
