o Annual report: well-defined project with fixed time frames, including writing (in English) and translating (into Dutch) of the Annual Report for the year 2019
o Emphasis on drafting year highlights as well as human interest stories and CSR
o Leading role in defining the concept, lay-out, production, coordination, deadlines, accuracy, coherence between languages
o Requires strong interpersonal relations with colleagues and external agencies
o Press Releases
o Writing (in English) and translating (into Dutch) of press releases
o Handle distribution of all press releases
o Content creation for Social Media (Instagram/LinkedIn)
o Web content management
o Internal communications
o Part of the Communications Team in developing internal communications campaigns in various fields (from advice to concept creation and implementation)
o In charge of practical support to the team: writing of deliverables, coordination with graphic designer for maximum impact
o Development of new intranet
o Speech writing for the CEO
