Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader for 32-36 hours per week, for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension. Role Description The team you will lead consists of approximately 40 employees working in public works operations. While there are no formal team leaders within the group, senior staff coordinate the daily workflow. Key responsibilities include: Improving the flow of work and efficiency within the team. Actively contributing to the enhancement of processes and procedures. Strengthening team cohesion and collaboration. Leading cultural and structural changes to support a more integrated and effective team environment. This is essentially a comprehensive change management assignment, combining operational, procedural, and cultural improvements.
