Project Manager - Business & IT

We are currently seeking an Interim Project Manager - Business & IT for 32-36 hours per week, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. This is a new role within the organization, which will gradually take on a more defined structure over time. Role Description In the coming years, the organization faces significant challenges in process-oriented and data-driven working and in implementing new or improved applications. Within a team of 10 professionals, you will support the organization in making smart and effective use of ICT, information, and data. As Project Manager, you will lead various projects, including: Defining project objectives and scope together with the client. Conducting preliminary research or market explorations. Developing a project plan and business case. Forming and functionally managing the project team. Executing projects in a structured manner, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality. Implementing changes with organizational buy-in. Managing vendors and overseeing collaborations. Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders and reporting to the client and steering committee. Evaluating projects and ensuring lessons learned are captured. Contributing to the further development of project and portfolio management within the organization. We are looking for an interim professional with extensive project experience in local government. You should have experience in the above responsibilities, strong strategic insight, and a pragmatic approach to execution.
