Inksane app
General idea:
Inksane is a tattoostudio, with lots of different artists.
Those artists wants to sell their own designs to the customers.
It's more fun to tattoo your own design, then to do what the customer had in mind.
Inksane could give his clients access to this app.
The app would not be publicly available.
So I don't know how this can work? To have control over who downloads/uses it?
Inksane would push the new designs to the clients, when we have one available.
(can be daily, can be less to.)
The client needs to understand these designs are only ment to be tattood by the artist who designed it.
It can not be used to go to an other foreign tattooshop and ask them to tattoo our design, that would be stealing.
Therefore I don't want the app to be public for people everywhere.
Only our own local clients who understand the concept of it.
Questions:
1/ What can be done to prevent stealing?
Can you disable the screenshot functionality of the cellphone when this app is open?
We should at least put a watermark on top of every picture. Or you have other ideas?
Also a warning about not stealing every time they open the app.
2/ How do we keep track of who downloads the app? For example give a code to our clients they need to login, or some other idea?
Do we publish it on the appstores?
What is the expense of that?
3/ I'm not sure if a login system is necessary? I did not include it in this analyse. Is logging in requirement legal according to the store's guidelines?
Would it prevent stealing even more? Since people think we know who they are then.
Clientside Details:
The app has 3 screens:
1 for the specific design we push to them, with it's details.
1 with an overview of all previous designs. From where they can open again a specific design.
1 in where they send a message to us
attributes of a tattodesign:
- a picture (with watermark on top?)
- name of the artist
- description (for example the meaning behind the tattoo)
- how many sessions/time estimation it would need to tattoo
- available dates
- place on the body
- status (already taken or still available)
- Viewcounter
Overview screen shows:
- picture
- artist
- status, in a nice way (if it's sold or still available)
- in chronological order
Design screen shows:
- all attributes of the design as listed above (except viewcounter)
- big button 'contact us', that takes them to the message screen
message screen shows:
- input field textarea, where client can write his message. (mandatory)
- disabled field that shows the image it is about (so we as receiver of this email know what project the clients asks about)
- firstname, lastname, email, telnr (mandatory)
- send button
Sending a message:
Content of email contains all content of message screen page (allso the image as attachment)
Backoffice side:
Our shopmanager needs to be able to do input somewhere.
Do you have a suggestion on how to do that?
So per input, we give the design and all his attributes.
We need to be able to update previous designs, for example to status 'sold'.
Needs to show accordingly on users end.
We also need to see how much users checked the pushmessage with the new design. (a counter on design level, to count how many people saw it. The 'viewcounter' attribute for example)
Detail:
We don't show the price of the tattoo on purpose.
We will give them price when they send us an email first.
