Looking for a (part-time) UX/UI Designer

Beste Freelancer, We are looking for a UX/UI designer to strengthen our product team. We are a proptech startup. Our SaaS product is a desk booking solution for companies to allow their employees to book their workplace in the office. Our goal is to support companies to make the switch to flexible / hybrid / activity based working . We have a growing and diverse international client base. See here for a short demo of our software. About the job You are the connecting pin between the business and development team: Analyze business requirements of feature request Perform detailed functional analysis on feature requests to prepare for implementation by the development team You co-create the UX/UI design of our product: Perform the UX design for new user journeys Improve the UX flow and UI of existing user journeys Design new UI components and ensure a consistent UI throughout our product Update and maintain component library and design guidelines for developers You will work closely together with our Product Owner. Given our start-up nature, you will have a truly lasting impact on the product and get the opportunity to grow together with the company. About your profile We are looking for someone with: A strong drive and ambition to grow together with our company At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience Knowledge and expertise with UI/UX design An independent working style and good communication skills Fluency in English Website development skills not mandatory but are an extra bonus Tooling: Sketch or AdobeXd, Zeplin, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Available at least 3 days per week About our offer We offer a competitive package, as employee or long-term freelancer, and a flexible working environment, both in terms of place and time.
