Architect needed for residential renovation and planning permit application (Belgium)

Project description: I am the owner of a property located in Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium. The project concerns the renovation and optimization of an existing residential building. The main objective is to develop a high-quality architectural design that can successfully obtain planning permission from the municipality, and to follow up the execution phase. At this stage, I am looking for an experienced architect who: Has strong knowledge of local planning regulations in Flanders Has proven experience with permit applications Can propose efficient and realistic design solutions adapted to the context The scope of work includes: Analysis of the existing situation Development of design proposals Preparation of all required plans and documents for permit application Coordination with authorities (urban planning, fire safety, etc.) Architectural supervision during execution Important notes: The project will be developed in close collaboration with the client Design iterations are expected until an acceptable solution is reached Clear communication and responsiveness are essential The contractor will be selected independently by the client I am looking for a reliable and experienced professional to move the project forward efficiently.
