HR Business Partner

Your responsibilities and duties In accordance with the business objectives you will design, implement, monitor and continuously improve the related HR program and processes. You will be responsible for: - Hiring freelance co-workers and football experts according our global recruitment strategy via digital social media (from role description till contract negotiations, managing a pool of self-employed football professionals who can be involved in our business). - Ensuring the connection between training and development programs to business goals. -Identifying performance gaps and developing solutions to improve individual and team performance. You continuously challenge a performance driven environment. - Architecting and acting with a data driven mindset in order to support the organization, the teams and the individual freelance co-workers to increase performances and support making correct decision. - Develop HR programs to ensure that these needs are fulfilled and the organization has the necessary human resources with the required competencies. - Occasionally delivering onsite HR services into football clubs worldwide - Together with the Management Team you develop and implement initiatives to embed employee centricity
