Tasks:
o Study and discuss the business requirements.
o Perform the IT analysis and deliver a functional design.
o Search and evaluate commercial products that can match the requirements.
o Set up an architecture
o Follow up the IT team
o Organize and execute the maintenance support of the solution implemented, follow up issues and change -requests.
o If needed execute functional tests
o Ensure communication with business and IT stakeholders on progress and issues.
Expertise and skills
o Proven experience as IT analyst
o Proven experience in IT project management following agile methodology
o Database architecture and SQL statements.
o IT knowledge on development, software and infrastructure
o Practical use of UML
o Have good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
o Experience with geographical information systems is a plus
o Experience with mobile applications is a plus
