Beste Freelancers, Our Company will soon launch an RFP to select and contract its Media Agency Main features of this contract: 3 year contract (1/1/2018 - 31/12/2020). *Content: Digital Media for our Brands (social media, on-line TV, banners,...) Potential additional scope: print, partnership, cinema and TV *Geographical scope: 6 major countries in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland) Potential expansion to EMEA (Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, Russia) High-Level Plan of the RFP: Start: June 2017 - End: Nov 2017 June: Preparation of Tender & Supplier Briefing July - August: Proposal Development September: Supplier Presentation October: Selection, Negotiation & Decision November: Contracting Job description: *Main responsibilities are: To support the Marketing Department in defining the new media strategy. Successfully leading the selection process of the new Media Agency. *Work break-down: Detail the current high-level plan of the RFP into a concrete action plan Regular follow up of project Status Work-out the required deliverables for each project phase Prepare supplier-facing activities (briefing, suppliers presentations,...) Develop negotiation strategy towards suppliers, incl. Pricing Structure Conduct negotiation with suppliers Support in contracting phase Each task needs to be performed in close collaboration with the Marketing Dept *Timing & workload: June: 50% July-August: 20% September - November: 100% Estimated workload: approx 80 mandays *Place of work: Bridgestone EMEA HQ, located in Zaventem *Invoicing: Time & Material.
