E-books editing and formatting

Dear freelancer, Our organisation has a set of 6 English language e-books which have been proofread and edited. However, in 5 of these the footnotes don't work properly (e.g. they don't take you to the correct footnote, there is no backlink). The texts also contain a handful of asterisked notes, which need to be converted to footnotes. This is what needs to happen with the sixth book whose footnotes do work. In some the headings are also not formatted correctly (they are not recognised as headings). We are looking for a quote for fixing these formatting issues only. The number of pages in each book with footnotes in brackets is 97 (120), 223 (223), 225 (191), 267 (299), 298 (12), and 354 (356- but these do work). So we're talking about 845 footnotes to fix in total, plus formatting checks. You think you can help? Reply now!
