Design mobile first website

Beste freelancer, Hieronder mijn engelstalige brief voor deze opdracht ( ik communiceer vlotter in het engels) graag enkel serieuze kandidaten met een professionele achtergrond in development ( bij voorkeur full stacks) Hello In need for a full stack developer who fully understand the ins and outs of building a site with mobile first design in mind, I'm Looking to build a new Wordpress theme with a mobile first focus , not responsive ( if you had to google this difference stop reading you are probably not the dev for me) Basis for the new theme is an existing custom build Wordpress theme which I need rewritten from scratch adapted to mobile first The Theme itself has 3 main pages : Homepage / a money page / article page Im using ACF to populate the content on the money page / article page/. For this im using advanced custom fields pro/ ace content analysis for yeas / advanced custom fields :gallery To optimise the speed of the site im looking to use the following plugin stacks : Autoptimize/ shortpizel image optimiser / w3 total cache To manage Seo ill be using Yoast plugin The backend from the site is working fine and would like to use that as much as possible. The biggest need is to translate this theme's frontend to mobile first design and performance. Im convinced going with mobile first and having css written from scratch will have the required performance I need Sites I like ( switch to mobile or look at them on your mobile phone : Gearmoose.com / whattoexpect.com A rough collection of style / css /page layouts ideas can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nK7Ko3Zqq5pfQRWl8-Kl_ElfnY0wNPIyraKxDYPDpzM/edit?usp=sharing The existing template can be viewed here: https://vanallesoverkoffie.com/ Generic requirements: Biggest speed killers are external scripts that are loaded therefore want to have no google fonts used, and as much scripts moved to local server Would like to minimise wp plugins that insert code ( GTM , etc etc) Full GTmetric requirements should be implemented also looking at the speed stack of plugins for optimal performance ( asynchronous loading etc) Im looking for pages sized of only a couple 100 Kb, with loading times under 1s for all pages- design will need to be modified to fit these requirements Js and css should be combined all in one or two files maximum Things like jquery should be avoided if possible Looking for a dev well versed in Bootstrap 4 - you can propose an alternative but need to convince me why you want it changed.
