Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence Applications Location: Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels Start Date: ASAP End Date: 31 December 2025 Opportunity Overview Join an innovation-driven AI Tribe team in Brussels as a Data Scientist (Medior/Senior) to design and deploy generative AI applications across diverse business domains. You'll work on cutting-edge technologies, supporting real-world business challenges in client experience, employee empowerment, and internal process optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop Generative AI Applications: Virtual assistants Process optimization AI tools for business and internal use Apply Advanced Methodologies: GenAI: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning Speech-to-text, agentic apps, image generation/interpretation Classical ML/statistical techniques Code & Deploy AI Solutions: Heavy focus on Python and production deployment Full stack tools (Domino, git, GenAI frameworks preferred: langchain, haystack) Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings/results directly to top management Collaborate within a lean, innovative and agile team Candidate Requirements Education Master's in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math, engineering); other backgrounds with strong analytics considered Languages Fluent in Dutch or French Fluent in English Experience 3+ Years in Data Science & Analytics Proven experience with Python, deep learning, and pre-trained models Preferably exposed to Domino, git, langchain, haystack AI application experience in Finance is a plus Soft Skills Team player, business-oriented Quick self-starter and proactive Strong communication & influencing abilities Analytical, synthesis, autonomy, commitment Thrives in dynamic, multicultural settings What We Offer Work with one of the richest data environments in the market Opportunity to innovate and apply the latest AI/GenAI tools Direct impact through communication with executive management Agile, collaborative, forward-thinking team culture
