Hi Freelancer,
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist , your main purpose will be to support the Corporate Reward Manager in setting the global Reward strategy and further implementing it locally.
? You monitor the Reward competitiveness of Oleon versus the market by participating and analyzing surveys & benchmarks.
? You analyze, recommend, elaborate and implement changes in reward systems and policies (car policy, bonus, base, benefits,...), taking into account legal requirements and fiscal and cost optimization.
? You maintain job descriptions and multiple job grading systems that are currently used worldwide for differtent populations. You make sure these systems are used in a correct way.
? You handle individual international mobility files from A to Z.
? You improve, implement, coordinate and communicate the salary review and bonus process.
? You lead or participate in diverse Reward, general HR or HR digitalization projects.
? You assist during personnel budget discussions and in Collective Labor Agreement preparations.
? You prepare information and ensure communication to HR , management and employees regarding Compensation & Benefits related topics.
? You support and partner with local HR Managers to manage, consult and resolve compensation and benefits issues.
