Wouter offers coaching services for individuals and small teams. Coaching is part of my DNA, it has become a way-of-life for me. The coaching methods are rooted in a vast multitude of experiences, talents, training courses, successes and failures. The sessions are either dutch or english spoken. I see an individual as a lot more than what the average human eye can see. We all have our backgrounds, our backpacks, our prejudices, our loves, our desires and so on. These shine through our words, our actions, our do's and don'ts. I pick up these signals (and more ...) and mirror them. This provides our customers insights they may use for their own benefit. For we know very well that we cannot change anyone. Someone can only decide to change one Self. And, moreover, only the person that asks for help can benefit from the help which is provided. An individual coaching session lasts about 60 minutes and mirrors you in all aspects of your being. Be prepared for some unusual perspectives and insights... Don't expect us to tell you "what you have to do" for your happiness or your business successes, for only you know the best answers to those questions. We will help you discover those answers by showing you the hints you've missed, the pointers you've overlooked... Coaching is provided either on an individual basis, or through a master agreement with your company. Feel free to visit our offices in Lier (Belgium) or ask us to stop by yours to explain what we do and how in more detail. Proceed only if it feels good for you. If not, run away as fast as you can. Be prepared to hear about you from an unusual perspective, be prepared to be mirrored from the heart. For only YOU can change your life, YOU are at the steering wheel of your life.
