Over 22 years of experience in the ICT Industry. Specializing in ICT-, Service- & project management, a wide area of ICT systems and a variety of well-known businesses: Johnson & Johnson, White & Case llp, AS Adventure, Carglass, BESIX Infra; to name a few. My communication skills in combination with my experience allow me to be successful in what I do. Working with different people is what I really like, where customer satisfaction and well being are my motivators and after all, coaching became my passion. My experience to date encompasses applying significant leadership skills and commercial acumen to ensure cohesion and full comprehension of objectives. I have been successful with building, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels including the CxO level, and influencing major decisions at international level. As a coach for small business owners, emerging leaders, as well as people in major life transitions, I provide a platform to raise awareness to what is working and not working for you as a client and/or company and guide growth in leadership and interpersonal skills that will shift the issues from problems to solutions and bring focused changes geared toward overall success.
