About Ruth Ruth Gysemans (1997) is a documentary, portrait and artistic photographer based in Antwerp, Belgium. Through her professional practice as a photographer, she uses her documentary photography to bring stories to life. In her artistic photography she brings her personal world to life - through portraying her inner self and the experiences within her own life. Gysemans, visual language is an exchange of atmosphere, aesthetics and strength.
