Veranderen is mensenwerk en ik doe dat op het snijvlak van Technologie & Organisatie. De mens staat centraal. [Een Engelse beschrijving uit mijn CV] In everything I do I like to inspire the use of multiple perspectives so that new co-creations become possible. I do this from a grounding in technology and systems thinking together with an appreciation of human beings and how much more we are capable of when we collaborate. My approach is to be complexity conscious and people positive. You recognise that in me through a natural curiosity in how things work, and the contribution of other people bring. In a complex world where you cannot know everything I like to create clarity of direction for myself and others.. I have a background in Information and Communications Technology that has been supplemented with business- and management knowledge- and experience and a thorough comprehension of transition- and transformation management. In all my work I bridged different communities; technology & business, different market segments and -industries, government & private sector, learning & doing, etc. You can expect me to quickly get an overview of a situation, get a reflections and work within the context, co-creating, fostering a sense of belonging, and making a positive change. I use my experience, sensing & observation, and deeply listening to others. This is also how I keep learning and developing myself.
