My name is Rachel Reyes and I am located in Antwerp, Belgium! I have the mindset of an entrepreneur and I believe that being an asset to someone else's business will not only grow theirs but my skill set as well. throughout my career, I have always been a team leader - organizing important events, give clear instructions about certain tasks, bring structure to chaos, and occasionally help others complete their tasks if needed. The skills I have gained throughout my working career: - Light bookkeeping (create estimates/ invoices, file and analyze expense reports, etc.) - Calendar and Email management - E-commerce (blog posting, back-end maintenance, logistics, order processing, etc.) - Project management - Research and development - Social media management - Sales and coaching I am proficient with the following applications/ software: - Asana (project management) - Google suite - Dropbox - Shopify/ Wordpress/ Magento/ Woocommerce - Quickbooks - Canva - Mailchimp I have learned to lead a team during my career in sales and helped others achieve their weekly target by helping them improve in their sales pitch, organize their daily outreach list, and manage some fun events to let some steam off after a full day of dealing with prospects. E-commerce, customer service, logistics, database management, and project management were the most practiced skills throughout my internship in the fashion industry as an executive assistant. Afterward, I have been able to assist start-up companies by setting up their new bookkeeping system for a fixed fee which I have learned by being an entrepreneur which is basically doing your own light bookkeeping - tracking my own expenses and overall yearly revenue.
