Paul

Paul is an Information Management executive in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer healthcare industry with over 25 years international experience in IT leadership & strategy and C-suite engagement. He has held leadership positions at GSK, Novartis and J&J and he delivered strategic business integration and IT transformation programs. o Most recently, Paul led a Global Business Simplification program for the GSK Consumer Health division, reporting to the office of CEO. This strategic corporate transformation program delivered a step change in business process simplification and accelerated business performance globally by optimizing key processes and systems. o In 2020 Paul started a consulting business to provide strategic IT & business transformation advisory, coaching and program management services. o He is an associate of Executive Change; a specialist consultancy & research group which focuses much of its efforts on business development in the IT industry. He has been engaged with Cisco client executive programmes for several years and provides 'Outside-In' insights to develop the sales and operational strategy that improves the client's team capabilities. o Paul holds a BSc degree in Computer Sciences and a Business Leadership program certificate from IMD. In 2021, he successfully completed the Leading Digital Business Transformation program at IMD, Switzerland.
