I have an experience of practicing law for more than 12 years. I provide legal advice to Russian, Ukrainian and English-speaking clients, expats who already live or going to move to Belgium or establish a company there. I assist clients (legal and natural persons) in legal issues relating migration, business migration, family law, civil law and labor law. I provide legal advice on obtaining a residence permit and citizenship, extension of work permits, drawing contracts (purchase, sale, rent, loan, distribution). I also specialize in inheritance, divorce, marriage and legal cohabitation. Besides that I provide legal support to investors to choose and purchase real estate in Ukraine.
