Miguel is a passionate Application Developer and PSM1 developer, who thinks in terms of sustainable solutions and is very customer-oriented. Complex situations and tight delivery times do not stop Miguel, who likes to help his customers and colleagues with innovative solutions; a real team player. He always shares his knowledge, which he has acquired in recent years, in order to offer a coaching role in this way. Miguel is also a very open-minded person to new ideas while still appearing very assertive. Furthermore, Miguel has strong technical analytical skills, with which he brings every project to a successful conclusion. Miguel is used to working in Scrum Teams and likes an open feedback culture.
