WHO NOW? I'm Michael Tritsmans, graphic designer and creative enthousiast, living and working in the city of Antwerp, Belgium. In short, I'm passionate about beauty in a broad sense, from music to design. I love creating. I love rethinking processes and approaches, on- and off-screen. My heart jumps with the smell of a fresh screenprint, but - oh boy - have you seen that subtle, barely noticeable menu-icon animation? YEAH, YEAH, BUT WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? I love typography, color and simplicity. This will of course reflect in my design. But things don't just have to look pretty. Design goes hand in hand with the entire process, general perception, target audience, ... Because of my interest in 'how stuff works', I have a broad array of technical skills. Concretely it boils down to the fact that if you rely on me for my creativity, you can count on the fact that there will be no technical difficulties. I know my way around my software very well. I also know a thing or two about webcoding, but I prefer to have a great developer in the team that doesn't see 'making it work' as a necessary evil.
