Over the years I have built up a very broad management experience. My 'generalist' experience makes it possible to see and understand the broader business context within a company or organisation. Thanks to this broad basis, I quickly see the cohesion between the different business units and I can better assess the impact of changes throughout an organization. Being trilingual eases my communication skills. I like to call myself an "intrapreneur" with a healthy entrepreneurial spirit who likes to think along with the business, strategically and ahead. Successfully implementing a chosen strategy together with a motivated team gives me tremendous satisfaction. I like to work on a project basis and draw my energy from improving projects and optimizing processes. The combination of ICT, Marketing and Finance ,which has been at the core of my job responsibilities for most of my career, together with my extensive board experience make me the ideal candidate for complex environments.
