As an IT generalist with a strong analytical mindset, I excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. My expertise spans comprehensive data analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and translating complex insights into actionable strategies. A key strength lies in my robust process analysis capabilities, allowing me to provide significant value in every phase of an IT project, from initial conceptualization and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch optimization. I bring a proven track record in program and project management, overseeing diverse IT initiatives from solution design to full implementation, including large-scale ERP projects (Odoo, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP). With a deep understanding of software architecture and development lifecycles, I am ideally positioned to advise companies on optimal software selections and effectively lead smaller, impactful projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout.
