Having started as a management consultant for Ernst & Young Consulting and having developed insight knowledge of HR policies, processes and systems in multiple HR positions for big and smaller companies , I combine both as an independent HR consultant. I'm available for HR work in both project mode (specific HR assignment) or ad interim.
