Food is my biggest passion and selling the right solutions to customers became an obsession in the last 24 years. I love to work hard, to get the best results = over delivering my personal & team targets but after 5 years Sales Training manager in three countries I learned, better than ever, that you only can achieve those results by good developed people. Today I'm giving priority on coaching to deliver my targets by the best developed people: 'work hard, play hard' is one of my key statements. By training and inspiring people I try to define existing and new talents, my life's journey is to develop further by doing new things in a modern way and from tomorrow this need to be linked with food again. My contribution is to develop young start-ups by using my experiences in different ways: stimulating those new talents to dare to become entrepreneur and to dare take risks to pursue their dreams... Giving coaching & feedback is one of the most important added value in my way of working to create trust and respect in both directions.
