I built an international career in Human Resources in different projects / divisions and recently had commercial experience in AB Inbev, one of the world's biggest consumer goods companies. I am an empathetic and driven professional with experience in matrix, multicultural organizations. I have 10+ years of corporate background in the FMCG and conglomerate companies in Europe, Turkey and Russia. He has deep knowledge in core HR processes, organizational transformations, data-analytics and On Trade Category Management. I have solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, which I gained during his post merger (SAB Miller - Efes) and integration planning (AB Inbev - Efes) experience. I had chance to experience both SAB Miller (more theoretical, detailed guidance) and AB Inbev (more practical, simple frameworks) practices and used different methods in his roles. In my organization design and change management experience I was closely working with senior management and delivered great results. My interpersonal skills and technical expertise always helped me to become a trusted partner for the business. In my role as Group OD Manager in Anadolu Efes HQ, I led the process optimization project in Anadolu Efes Turkey operation where we reviewed all critical processes with internal team and external partner (EY) and redesigned if needed. There I was able to observe key challenges of the process development when it involves multiple regions / factories. In my role at AB Inbev, I was working mostly focused on category management and using data to build insights for the Western European countries. I built monthly "On Trade Newsletter" with many insights/trends and it is highly appreciated by commercial teams. In this role, I get great understanding of On Trade channel across Western European countries. At Anadolu Efes, I had chance to interact many stakeholders from CIS countries and at AB Inbev I was collaborating with teams from Europe, Middle East and North America. Therefore I have experience working in a regional role, which helped me to learn differences across markets and cultures. I am known for successfully building connections across functions / countries / companies and guiding leadership teams with the right tools & insights.
