I help SMEs bring structure to complexity. With experience as CEO, board member and transformation lead, I support organisations in operational improvement, process automation and change -- turning manual, fragmented ways of working into clear, scalable systems. In practice, that has meant reducing eight hours of weekly manual work to thirty minutes through automation, digitising core operational processes across multiple entities within months, and leading a EUR3M production relocation without a day of downtime. Most recently, I served as the first external CEO of a EUR25M business with over 100 employees. I work best where growth, change or complexity have outpaced the systems underneath. Open to fractional leadership roles, transformation projects and operational scaling initiatives. Available for part-time and project-based assignments, on-site, hybrid or remote.
