o Responsible of managing RFx processes (RFI, RFP & RFQ) o Development and Negotiation of contracts, Frameworks and Terms & Conditions (Content and Budget) o Strategic vendor Management o Take part in Budget control, cost-cutting operations o Design, analyze and improvement of new and future standard contractual agreements o Lead information meetings with Management/ advise the Management Board o Contract management o Recruitment, screening and selection of Candidates (Former Head-Hunter) o Advice & Coach Managers on how & when to run a tender process in order to be successful o Training and Coaching of project teams o Assure Compliance, Security & Audit regulations are applied. o Reporting of KPI's
