Charlotte

Charlotte Van Geyte (1998, BE) graduated in 2021 as an architect at the KU Leuven university. In many of her school projects she questions the (potential) meaning of architecture with a particular sensitivity towards body and environment. While being well competent with Adobe Creative Suite and Autocad, she improved her ability to learn new programs through film making and website building. Nonetheless she especially values analogue work such as drawing, sketching, building models and scale 1:1 objects. She learned to sharpen her fine motor skills by applying herself to sewing and bookbinding. From previous work experiences she has learned to cope with stressful situations, to be flexible and to work in a team as well as by herself. Now she is looking forward to starting as an intern and learning more about the practical process behind architectural realization.
