Reflecting on peaks and valleys in my life story, my mission in this world became clear. I'm here to support people discover their strengths so that they can take care of their development to find well-being in professional and personal life. I rely on a deep knowledge and a wealth of insights in leadership and sales. During my professional life I have been grateful to led management and sales teams for several years. Being result and human oriented has always been key in my approach. When founding marbl with 2 partners, the dream of being entrepreneur by developing people in leadership and sales became true. Designing, developing and implementing learning strategies in co-creation with our customers is the world of marbl. Leadership coaching, sales coaching, facilitating workshops and consultancy are main activities in a hybrid offline and online development journey. As a coach, I am a strong advocate of autonomy by following the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. My passion lies in the strength of positive psychology, the discovery of individual and organizational strengths, the mapping of values and beliefs. For several years, focus on a special attention between mind and brain has found his way in my way of working. I strongly believe in the benefits of a mental resilience, healthy lifestyle and some energizing physical activity.
